30 Days of Wellness

Hey everyone! I've decided to start things off with 30 days of small, easily attainable goals. The thought is that since these goals are super simple, I should be able to follow through.

Why I chose these goals:
  • Physical Wellness- I'm not great at drinking much of any kind of beverage, and have been noticing myself having more wine and diet soda lately. I did used a calculator I found online to give me the suggested number of ounces for my body weight.
  • Intellectual Wellness- I have never enjoyed reading, but feel it's something everyone should do. I find books that sound interesting, but never get around to reading them, so here I go!
  • Social Wellness- I'm really bad at staying in contact with people I don't see on a regular basis. I would like to improve upon that, hopefully making these relationships even closer than they were previously.
  • Emotional Wellness- I, like many other women, have trouble keeping my self esteem up. It's so easy to compare yourself to others and not feel "good enough". Hopefully these daily affirmations will sink in.
